With long, dry summer looming, EPA urges Northwest residents to stop drips and leaks during “Fix-a-Leak Week,” March 16-23
(Seattle, WA – March 16, 2015) With local snowpack at historic lows, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is inviting Northwest households to “make every drop count” for Fix-a-Leak Week, March 16 – 23, 2015. The Agency estimates that household leaks waste more than one trillion gallons of water across the United States annually, equal to the annual household water use of more than 11 million homes
