Vehicle flips into C&D Canal; reckless driving charge for Dover man
ST. GEORGES (Sept. 22, 2015) – DNREC Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officers responding to a report Tuesday afternoon of an overturned vehicle in the C&D Canal found a 2004 Honda Accord that had run off a dirt road, striking a telephone pole then crashing over riprap along the canal banks before ending up partially submerged in the canal.
