Co-founder Lee Beauchamp is a veteran of the government sector with over 12 years of service in water, waste water and public works operations. A licensed Professional Engineer in both Maryland and New York, he has been the Operator in Charge of the Cortlandt Manor Consolidated Water Department in New York and the Public Works Director of Wicomico County, Maryland.
These roles have given him the opportunity to see firsthand the need for integrated operational management systems that facilitate state and federal records to closely monitor public safety and environmental systems enabling staff to provide unparalleled service to their community.
His operational and capital project development experience has been crucial in tailoring the suite of products offered by OPS to meet the needs of engineers and licensed inspectors in the field and empower the managers that report to regulatory agencies.
Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wilmington University. He is currently serving on the executive board for the County Engineers Association of Maryland and is a Staff Sergeant in the Delaware Army National Guard.
