|A webinar for accessing and applying for the 2017 Environmental Justice Green Jobs for Youth Grant on the Grants Gateway is scheduled for July 19th, 2017 at 1:30PM.
Green Jobs for Youth, is one of the many initiatives Governor Cuomo detailed in his 2017 State of the State to address environmental justice. The purpose of the new funding is to help prepare young New Yorkers entering the workforce for emerging job opportunities in clean energy, construction of green infrastructure, and urban agriculture. Applications are due September 1, 2017.

Go to Grants Gateway then either use the browse function and scroll until you see DEC's 2017 Environmental Justice Green Jobs for Youth in EJ Areas opportunity or use the search function and search for "green jobs."
