Nine arrested in connection with vandalism at Woodland Beach on Aug 26
DOVER (Aug. 28, 2015) – DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officers Thursday arrested five adults and four juveniles in connection with the vandalism of a porta potty in the public fishing pier parking lot at Woodland Beach after hours on Aug. 26.
