DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife to hold May 14 training for volunteer bat spotters needed to help with Delaware Bat Count
DOVER (April 15, 2016) – DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife is seeking volunteer bat spotters to help in locating and counting the state’s bat colonies for the annual Delaware Bat Count. A training session for volunteers will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 14 at the Aquatic Resources Education Center, 4876 Hay Point Landing Road, Smyrna, DE 19977.
