New deer stands available to disabled hunters on Old Furnace Wildlife Area in Sussex County
DOVER (Oct. 1, 2015) – Two new deer stands with access stairs instead of ladders on Old Furnace Wildlife Area near Seaford are available for use by deer hunters with disabilities, DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife announced today. The stands also feature wider dimensions and are placed along a level path close to an interior access road with handicap parking centrally located between the two stands.
