U.S. EPA invites City of Phoenix to apply for a $172 million water infrastructure loan

PHOENIX – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is inviting the City of Phoenix to apply for a $172 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan.
