U.S. EPA honors Los Angeles, Calif., student with President’s Environmental Youth Award

LOS ANGELES – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded the President’s Environmental Youth Award (PEYA) to Justin Sather, 9, of Los Angeles.
