DENVER – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced a settlement with Thatcher Group, Inc. (Thatcher) of Salt Lake City, Utah, resolving alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) in Nevada, New York and Utah.
