Pesticide distributor in Tumwater, Washington, agrees to settle alleged EPA pesticide labeling violations

SEATTLE – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced a settlement with pesticide distributor CH2O of Tumwater resolving alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
