PHILADELPHIA (February 7, 2019) – The Chesapeake Bay Program Partnership has unanimously agreed to develop a collaborative Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP) to address pollutants associated with the loss of trapping capacity in the reservoir behind the Conowingo Dam.
