EPA, Justice Department and State of Colorado announce settlement with K.P. Kauffman Co. to reduce emissions from oil and gas operations by more than 500 tons per year

DENVER–  The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Justice Department  and the state of Colorado today announced a settlement with Denver-based K.P. Kauffman Company Inc.
