EPA invites Tacoma and Seattle to apply for $115 million in loans for wastewater projects

SEATTLE – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is inviting a total of 39 projects in 19 states to apply for Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loans.
