EPA invites City of Pflugerville, Texas, to apply for $42 million WIFIA Loan to improve water quality

DALLAS (Jan. 12, 2021) – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that the city of Pflugerville, Texas, is being invited to apply for a $42 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan.
