DALLAS – (Dec. 8, 2016) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Gulf of Mexico Program recently announced that Groundwork New Orleans, Inc., received a $29,995 cooperative agreement for a project to help communities build resiliency through clean energy.
