EPA Continues to Improve and Clarify Clean Air Permitting Process

WASHINGTON (October 22, 2020) — Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized a rule to further streamline and improve the Clean Air New Source Review (NSR) permitting process.
