ATLANTA (August 14, 2018) – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announces that the  Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) has completed the soil excavation and cleanup at Susie Tolbert Elementary School in Jacksonville, Fla.
