EPA proposed settlement with Phoenix Petroleum resolves Clean Water Act violations at North Dakota oil production facilities

DENVER – Today the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a Clean Water Act (CWA) proposed settlement with Phoenix Petroleum, LLC (Phoenix) in which the company has agreed to pay $50,000 for alleged Clean Water Act violations.
