SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced nearly $300,000 in grant awards to California-based Hyperion Analytical LLC of Rancho Cucamonga, Intelligence Optical Systems, Inc of Torrance, and Photon Systems, Inc.
