U.S. EPA settlement with Southern California refinery improves chemical safety at Torrance facility

TORRANCE, Calif. – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a settlement agreement with the Torrance Refining Company, LLC over chemical safety and risk management violations.
