EPA recognizes five Texas organizations for reducing water waste

DALLAS – (Oct.3, 2019) – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognized cities of Allen, Frisco and Plano, the Alliance for Water Efficiency, Niagara Conservation, and San Antonio Water System for taking action to conserve water in Texas.
