EPA Invites Two New York Communities to Apply for a WIFIA Water Infrastructure Loans

(New York, N.Y. – November 1, 2018) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is inviting New York State’s Monroe County and the City of Cortland to apply for Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loans.
