DALLAS – (Nov. 30, 2017) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Gulf of Mexico Program recently announced the Isle de Jean Charles Band of Biloxi-Chitimacha won a first-place 2017 Gulf Guardian Award in the Environmental Justice/Cultural Diversity Category.
