Española, NM, to improve water infrastructure with EPA grant
DALLAS – (July 18, 2017) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently awarded $649,000 to the city of Española, New Mexico, to replace aging, leaking water lines along Coronado Avenue to improve reliability of the city’s water system.
